「Morningstar Japan ex-REIT Gender Diversity Tilt Index」の構成銘柄に選定されました

ピジョン株式会社（本社：東京、代表取締役社長：北澤憲政）は、「Morningstar Japan ex-REIT Gender Diversity Tilt Index（GenDi J）」※1※2の構成銘柄に選定されました。

GenDi JはEquileap※3が提供するデータと評価手法を活用し、確立されたジェンダー・ダイバーシティ・ポリシーが企業文化として浸透している企業、および、ジェンダーに関係なく従業員に対し平等な機会を約束している企業に重点をおいています。スコア順に5つのグループに分類されており、当社はGenDi Jの最高段階であるGroup 1に位置します。

なお、年金積立金管理運用独立行政法人（GPIF）は、国内株式を対象としたESG指数として、GenDi Jを新規に採用しています。

当社は他にも、GPIFが採用する「FTSE Blossom Japan Index」、「FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index」、「S&P/JPXカーボン・エフィシエント指数シリーズ」、「MSCI日本株女性活躍指数（WIN）」に既に選定されています。
